2. Eligibility

To place an order or create an account you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Products & pricing

We do our best to photograph and describe each product accurately. Some items may show minor variation in colour, finish, or print alignment that is normal for the production method and is not a defect. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice; the price displayed at checkout is what you will be charged. Applicable sales tax (where collected) and shipping are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, including pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If we discover an error after you’ve ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Reasons we may decline include — but are not limited to — pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, ship-to restrictions, or violations of these Terms. Payment is captured at order placement; if we cancel an order before fulfilment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Promotional codes & discounts: only one promotional code may be used per order unless explicitly stated. Discounts cannot be combined with bundle pricing or other site-wide promotions unless explicitly allowed at checkout. We may modify or end any promotion at any time.

6. Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping Policy for current lead times, rates, and supported destinations. Delivery dates shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds

8. Intellectual property

All site content — including photographs, written copy, logos, brand marks, design elements, illustrations, and the site’s overall look and feel — is owned by Hookplay or used with permission from licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

“POTS” as a medical term is a generic descriptor and not claimed as our trademark. Our brand names, logos, slogans, and original artwork are protected.

9. User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the site, you confirm that the content is your own work, is truthful, and does not violate any third party’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use your submission in connection with the store and our marketing. We may moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion.

Our products are awareness merchandise created in support of the POTS and broader dysautonomia community. They are not medical devices, prescription products, diagnostic tools, or treatments. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

  • Compression products sold here are not graduated medical compression devices. If your healthcare provider has prescribed a specific compression class for medical reasons, please obtain that product through a licensed medical supplier.
  • Symptom-tracker journals are personal organisation tools. They do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
  • Electrolyte and salt products are ordinary consumer goods, not medical treatments. Always follow your physician’s instructions on sodium intake.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we each waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

18. Severability & entire agreement
